Our culinary journey

Organic and sustainable eating is at the heart of our culinary values. Local farmers provide our chefs with the freshest ingredients to create seasonal dishes. Our eco-friendly rooftop welcomes nearly half a million honeybees who help to source our honey-themed catering menus.

As a 5th generation Irish American, I received my initial culinary education by eating at friends’ houses—the true melting pot of American cuisine. With influences from all over, I was able to create a style reflective of the Big Apple—diverse, artistic, and complex—a fun balance of my formal and informal training.

The women in my life have always pushed my creative abilities in the kitchen and challenged me to exceed expectations. At home, cooking is part of the experience; it is as much a part of dinner as the conversation over dessert.

In my 23 years, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of America’s greatest chefs, and I am grateful to all of their hard work and patience.
